Main Activities
The fishery in Abaco encompasses more than 400 square miles of flats. None more prolific than the famed Marls located on the south west side of the island. Abaco Lodge is the only lodge located directly on the Marls and requires no boat trailering.
Bonefish are our main target but be prepared for the occasional permit, juvenille tarpon, and 'cuda
Seasonal fishing for Wahoo, Dolphin and Tuna,(plus occasional Marlin and Sailfish) outside the reef, can be excellent and along the reef itself there are ample opportunities to tangle with species such as Barracuda, Snapper and Grouper
Non-fishing activities include snorkeling, kayaking, diving, and golf

Abaco Lodge sits on the rocky shoreline of the Marls on the west side of Abaco, just north of Marsh Harbour on the way to Treasure Cay.
Arrival to Destination
Anglers can fly directly from Florida to Marsh Harbour airport, a 10 minutes drive from the lodge or route through Nassau. Commercial airlines with daily direct flights from the US: American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Bahamas Air, Yellow Air Taxi, and Cherokee Air. Charter services can be arranged from Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach
